Our qualified lending sources are actively seeking doable projects from the USA, Canada, Europe, Central America, South America, Israel, Mexico, Caribbean, Australia, India, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea.
If this is a serious project and you are ready to move forward, your initial loan request package should include the following items:
• Executive Summary • 2 years personal taxes with all schedules • Balance sheet and schedule of real estate owned • Loan request information including loan size, term and use of funds • Recent credit report • Property information including any appraisals or Broker Price Opinions (BPO's)
A through review and analysis will not be done until the above requested items are submitted. If your loan request meets the lenders criteria, then we will let you know and expedite submission to the appropriate lender(s). Our lenders are can move quickly so, be prepared to move forward.
